I have donated, what happens next? When can I download the beta?

After donating you should receive an automated email after 1-2 working days which confirms your account has been upgraded. After receiving this email, when you log in, you will see a new menu under Downloads (the site menu structure is different for upgraded accounts vs normal accounts).

For example, if you donate on a Friday, you can expect to receive the confirmation on the following Monday.

This 1-2 working day delay is not caused by us, but is because our payment service provider takes 1-2 days to process a transaction.

Also please check your spam folder as some providers will mark the automated emails that our site sends incorrectly as spam.

If after 2 working days you still have not received an email from us, or your account does not seem to have upgraded properly when you login, please use our forum to send a private message to Zilmar - please include your email address and the date and time when you donated please. He will check your account and get back to you as soon as possible - normally the same day but there's a chance he is away so please allow a few days for a followup! For any other questions (before or after donating) please post on our public forum.
